Please take a few minutes to read our Frequently Asked Questions before contacting Technical Support. Our system is extremely stable and we virtually have no tech support issues. Most of our questions are from members who are having trouble remembering their log in credentials. Our FAQ page has detailed recovery and reset instructions. 

Department Registration

Our contact form is the best way to reach someone at for department group registration, to submit your questions, comments or feedback about our online training program. 

Log In - If you have a log in issue please see our FAQ page before contacting us.

One hundred percent of the time, a failed log in is due to the information not being entered correctly. This happens all the time but don't worry, you don't need to contact us. We have links to recover your username and reset your password on our log in pages. There are detailed instructions if needed, in our FAQ page. Be sure you are entering your complete username. Your complete username is what you picked, with an ending. The ending is visible in the webform you filled out, and also will be sent to you in email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders.

Just joined but can't log in?

If you are from a state other than Ohio and Indiana, you were assigned an ending to the username you selected. Your username ends in if you are not from Ohio, Texas or Indiana, or if you are a Texas provider. Use that log in ending with your password and you will be able to log in.

Reporting - to CAPCE and NREMT

Per our FAQ, we do report your completed courses to CAPCE as applicable, and they in turn report them to NREMT. If your completion certificate record shows it is CAPCE, it will be reported. CAPCE requires reporting every quarter, we report monthly on the first of each month. As NREMT renewal approaches, we report more often for the convenience of our members. 

Exam does not reveal on click?
