Trouble logging in?

Most of our questions are from members who are having trouble remembering their log in credentials. Our FAQ page has detailed recovery and reset instructions.  Please attempt to resolve your issues with your log in credentials prior to contacting us. It is much faster to use the automated tools. Please remember to check your spam or junk folders.

Roadrunner email address?

If you were registered with a roadrunner email address you will not receive emails from many businesses including us. Roadrunner is no longer supporting their email system. We have communicated to them that any email sent to a RR email address is being returned undeliverable. Support requests from us are disregarded by RR as we are not their customer. If you are expecting an email from us for a username recovery or password reset and have a roadrunner email address you will not receive it. Send us a note through our contact us page with an alternate email address and we will change it for you.

Department Registration

Reporting - To CAPCE and NREMT

We do report your completed courses to CAPCE as applicable, and they in turn report them to NREMT. If your completion certificate record shows it is from a CAPCE course, it will be reported. CAPCE requires reporting quarterly, we report monthly on the first of each month. As NREMT renewal approaches, we report more often for the convenience of our members needing to renew. 

Exam does not reveal on click?

Please check our FAQ page before contacting us. We have very detailed information on exam reveal and the required time parameters there.

Please note: We do not provide specific answers to quiz questions. We cannot disclose questions and answers on exams active in our system. This is a requirement of our accrediting bodies.
