Roadrunner Email Issue

If you have an email from a roadrunner email source as the email address to your account, they have been phased out as of October 2023. Consequently, our automated responses to your username recovery and password reset attempts are coming back as undeliverable. Our team has contacted Spectrum and they will not do anything because we are not an affected customer of theirs. The known email endings failing are @roadrunner.com and @oh.rr.com. The easiest thing for us to do is change your email address in our system. Please send email change requests to our alternate email islanddatamanagement@gmail.com. Please include your first and last name and the roadrunner email address used in your account. We will make the change and notify you.

Department Registration

Reporting - to CAPCE and NREMT

We do report your completed courses to CAPCE as applicable, and they in turn report them to NREMT. If your completion certificate record shows it is CAPCE, it will be reported. CAPCE requires reporting quarterly, we report monthly on the first of each month. As NREMT renewal approaches, we report more often for the convenience of our members needing to renew. 

Trouble logging in?

Most of our questions are from members who are having trouble remembering their log in credentials. Our FAQ page has detailed recovery and reset instructions. 

Exam does not reveal on click?

Please check our FAQ page before contacting us. We have very detailed information on exam reveal and the required time parameters there.
