Trainer tip of the day: Nourishing your body regularly should always be a priority, including during the holidays. Try to look at holiday meals as you would any other meal, and keep holiday foods on the same neutral playing field as you would others.
It is difficult around the Holidays also with all kinds of candy and cookies lying around. It's easy to walk by and snag a nice piece of chocolate, or your favorite Christmas cookie. Leave some healthy snack options lying around and if you can't resist, go for the healthy snack like granola, nuts etc.
