To skip or not skip breakfast? If you have a good grasp on your fitness and eating habits and just do not enjoy breakfast, don’t feel bad about skipping it. There is plenty of time throughout the day to get the calories and nutrients your body needs without cramming it in as soon as you jump out of bed. What is more important than the choice to eat or not eat each morning is the choice to make quality food choices whenever you eat.

Are you feeling stiff and sore when you first wake up? Add more movement into your daily routine. Yes, exercise can make you sore, but regular exercise keeps your joints lubricated and your muscles strong, which keeps your body feeling better long term.

Take your weight loss journey one day at a time, one workout at a time, one small change at a time. It's all about being mindful and living in the moment.

Love your coffee and tea? There’s new evidence to support moderate daily consumption of both.

Only have one free weight? No problem. You can still get a great total body workout. Try goblet squats and single side deadlifts for lower body, single rows and chest press for upper body and plank rows and weighted reverse crunches for core.
