Trainer tip of the day: No amount of corrective work will help poor posture if you’re routinely reverting to poor postures in your daily life. Stretches that open tight chest muscles and exercises that strengthen weak back/thoracic muscles must be done consistently as well as being aware of fixing daily habits that contribute to your poor posture ie compiter usage, texting and driving.
