Trainer tip of the day: not only do HITT workouts keep energy up and increase calorie burn post workout but studies show they also keep your interest up with exercise variety and ever changing energy levels. To get the most out of these workouts, make sure to keep your heart rate up in higher intensity zones and not slack in the lower intensity.
