Trainer tip of the day: Not sure if a certain type of workout is your style? Shop around for the style, class and instructor that works for you. Most studios offer introductory specials that allow you to sample several different classes for a discounted rate. Sample different classes and different teachers. Some questions to ask yourself are...do I feel comfortable but challenged, is the instructor certified and do they know how to accommodate to different abilities and limitations and do your energies mesh??
