Trainer tip of the day: "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". Nothing could be more true. The best way to stay healthy is to be healthy. Moderate exercise, a mix of healthy fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein as well as trying to keep stress levels down will go a long way to being the healthiest "you" you can be.
