Trainer tip of the day: our glutes are among the largest muscles in the body but we sit on them too much. It’s very easy to get lazy butt syndrome. Standing more during the day, getting in more steps daily and squatting low enough to activate those gluteal muscles instead of using your thighs will help keep those muscles strong and balanced.
