Trainer tip of the day: Restaurant portions tend to be huge, so check in with your hunger while you’re eating. Your hunger is a better cue than how much food is on your plate, and staying in communication with yourself can stop you from overeating. Also, asking for a to-go container and halfing your meal can give you leftovers to enjoy the next day.
