Trainer tip of the day: Food is not your enemy even if/when you’re trying to lose weight. There is room for all of the foods you love. If you are going to eat something that is technically off ‘the diet plan’ then do it, enjoy it and move on with your life. Ditching food guilt will set you up for success.
